1. Description of Sweepstakes: Concord Foods, Inc. is offering the 'Sunkist® Smoothie Sweepstakes' and will award prizes via a random selection of valid entrants. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01a.m. Eastern Time on March 1, 2009 and ends on December 31, 2009 at 11:59p.m. Eastern Time.
   
2. How to Enter: No purchase necessary. Visit www.sunkistsmoothies.com and complete a short survey, providing your personal name and address information, you will be automatically entered in the Sweepstakes. There is a limit of one (1) original entry per person per household. Concord Foods, Inc. does not sell personal information, it is solely used for their internal purposes.
   
3. Prizes: One Grand Prize of (1) $500 Cash Prize, Cash Prize provided by Concord Foods, Inc. to the winner, check will be sent to the winner's home address, as provided on the entry form. No P.O. boxes. There are two (2) Runner Up prizes, A Flat Screen TV, available courtesy of Concord Foods, with a total approximate retail value of all Runner Up prizes of $800.
   
4. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Employees, brokers (and immediate families and those living in the same household of each) of Concord Foods, Inc. and any other company involved in the design, execution or production of this Sweepstakes are not eligible.
   
5. General: Winners will be notified via email to confirm acceptance of the prize and to verify the mailing address for the prize. Potential winner must respond within five (5) days of first attempted notification or at Concord Foods, Inc. discretion. He/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. By accepting a prize, a winner agrees to allow use of his/her name, voice, statements and/or photo for advertising this or similar promotions without limitation and without compensation, except where prohibited. ALL TAXES ON PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable and there are no substitutions. If applicable, allow 10-12 weeks for delivery of prize following completion of notification process. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decision of Concord Foods, Inc. as final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Concord Foods, Inc. is not responsible for any electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including without limitation, server malfunction, and virus distribution or by a human error which may occur in the process of recording on-line entries at the web page. Concord Foods, Inc. is not responsible for any damage to an entrant's computer hardware or software that may occur as a result of entrant participating in the Sweepstakes. Any attempt by an entrant to interfere with the operations of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws; Concord Foods, Inc. reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the mail account. If, in Concord Foods, Inc. opinion, there is any suspected or actual tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical or other difficulties outside of Concord Foods, Inc. control compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Concord Foods, Inc. reserves the right to terminate the Sweepstakes and in such an event to select winners through a random drawing from among all valid entries received before such termination. 6. Release: BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU RELEASE AND HOLD CONCORD FOODS, INC. AND SUNKIST GROWERS, INC AND ALL MARKETING AGENTS HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, CLAIMS, AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES OR RESULTING FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF, OR DEFECTS IN, A PRIZE, OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION CLAIMS BASED ON PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY LOSS OR DAMAGE, PUBLICITY OR PRIVACY RIGHTS, AND/OR DEFAMATION.
